Booking: All appointments must be booked through our website or via direct communication (phone, email, etc.).
Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation with the date, time, and location of your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us directly.
Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Late Arrivals: If you are late for an appointment, the massage time may be reduced, and the full-service fee will still apply. We will do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may affect subsequent bookings.
Health and Safety: You are required to disclose any health conditions, injuries, or allergies that may impact your ability to receive massage therapy. COSMOSCARE will not be held responsible for any injuries or health complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
Environment: You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate space for the massage therapist to perform services. This includes ensuring the room is clean, comfortable, and free from any potential hazards.
Payment: Payments must be made prior to or at the time of the session. We accept [list payment methods: cash, bank transfer, etc.].

However, by booking an appointment, you acknowledge that massage therapy involves inherent risks and that COSMOSCARE will not be held liable for any injuries, side effects, or medical conditions arising during or after the massage session.
Client Responsibility: You agree to follow the advice and instructions given by the therapist before, during, and after the session to minimize any risk of injury.
Professional Conduct: Our therapists are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and comfortable environment for all clients. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, offensive, or abusive towards the therapist will result in the immediate termination of the session, and you will still be required to pay for the full session.
No Sexual Conduct: COSMOSCARE strictly prohibits any form of sexual conduct during massage sessions. Any such behaviour will lead to the immediate termination of the service, and you will be charged in full for the session.
Medical Advice: Our massage services are not intended as a substitute for medical treatment. If you are pregnant, have a serious medical condition, or are recovering from surgery, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before booking a massage.
Diagnosis Limitations: COSMOSCARE and our therapists are not qualified to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
COSMOSCARE reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on our website, and the changes will be effective immediately. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms for updates.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.
